In March 2020, our journey began. At the start of the pandemic, more than 80 ambitious people from different industries came together with a common goal: "We want to help." A few days later, the non-profit association NOVID20 - Technology Platform for Crisis Management was founded. Together with strong partners and founding members such as Harald Trautsch (Dolphin Technologies) and Andreas Petersson (Capacity Blockchain Solutions), an open source "Corona contact tracing app" was developed within just two weeks. The app was sold to Georgia a short time later, which, along with Austria, became one of the first countries in Europe to integrate a contact tracing app into its national strategy.

After a few months as an association, we decided not to make any more compromises and to devote ourselves fully to fighting the pandemic. Jobs were quit, studies were paused and on September 23, 2020 Novid20 GmbH was founded. Novid20 GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the non-profit association NOVID20 - Technology Platform for Crisis Management.

Together with lab partners, we developed testing shields for businesses at attractive prices. Our customers included EY, Attensam, NÖM or even the GoodLifeCrew.
A year into the pandemic we positioned ourselves as leading experts around „Sars-COV-2 Monitoring“. Currently we are working on the following projects:
